In the position of cable production employee you are part of the International Audio Holding production team in our factory in Elst (GLD). You assemble the various award-winning audio cables by hand and you are jointly responsible for the final quality of the products you make. IAH has modern tools and resources for optimal production possibilities. We expect that after a thorough familiarization period you will be able to independently become part of the production team (now consisting of 9 employees and a production manager) in order to be able to deliver the highest possible quality in the field of audio cables together.

As a cable maker your main activities are:

• Complete cable construction and assembly of various models based on the production manual
• Making plug connections
• Fine soldering
• Testing cables for quality, correct connections and appearance
• Packing cables in various luxury packaging
• Perform quality checks on various components (both inbound and outbound quality control)

Job requirements

• Good manual dexterity
• Accurate and quality conscious
• Experience with soft soldering
• Completed MBO training in Electronics, Mechanics or other technical direction is an advantage
• Good oral and sufficient written expression skills in Dutch
• Proactive, flexible, eager to learn and enthusiastic
• Experience working in a production environment
