For the further expansion of the business, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager (m/f)

Position Summary:

The main responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager are to achieve monthly revenue goals with existing and newly developed accounts, coordinate promotional communications, secure payment as required, and develop strong business relationships with wholesale accounts. This position is business-to-business inside sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and improve dealer relationships and increase sales Maintain distributor and dealer accounts (50+ existing)
  • Identify, approve, introduce, and on-board new accounts
  • Make warm and hot calls and emails, and log them daily, as required
  • Responsible to coordinate and communicate monthly promotional programs
  • Generation and distribution of proforma invoices and sales orders through ERP-system
  • Over telephone, in person, and via email, communicate effectively and with a high degree of technical confidence
  • Assist with Account Receivables
  • Prepare and deliver reports / presentations and materials for dealer / distributor trainings
  • Support of the sales team to prepare for and be present at various trade shows Travel to domestic and/or international regions as required
  • Educate and increase knowledge through reading trade publications
  • Educate and increase knowledge of competition and industry at large

Experience requirements

  • 3-5 years of inside/outside sales experience
  • Familiarity of high-end audio equipment
  • Experience with invoicing and fulfillment (ERP) software
  • College degree in business, sales or equivalent working experience
